Osamudiame Ayanru is a seasoned financial services executive with over 20 years of experience across banking, private equity, and oil & gas. He is the Managing Director of Simple Finance Company Limited, where he leads the company’s growth strategy and operations. Previously, he was Managing Partner at Augusta Capital Partners and CEO of Obsidian Oilfield Services Ltd. He spent nearly two decades at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, rising to General Manager, Corporate Banking. Osamudiame holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, is a Barrister-at-Law, and has completed executive programs at leading global institutions.
