A graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and called to the Nigerian bar after completing the one-year compulsory Nigerian law school program. She worked with reputable law firms and companies, including Paul Usoro & Co (one of the foremost commercial law firms in Nigeria) and PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc where she worked as Assistant Company Secretary/Legal Counsel.
Chioma is a Certified Company Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Chioma is also a member of the United States Chartered Institute of Privacy Professionals (CIPP/US).
